Juriansz Estate Services Group ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy covers information collected through jurianszestateservices.ca.

Information we collect

• Information you send us — when you use the consultation form or email us: your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry and anything you choose to write in your message.
• Anonymous usage statistics — pages visited, referring site, approximate region, device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and anonymous interaction counts (for example, how far a page was scrolled, which language was chosen, or whether one of our calculators was used). We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We never record what you type into a form or calculator.
• Google Analytics (only if you choose "Allow") — aggregated traffic and conversion data using first-party cookies. Google Analytics does not load unless you opt in, and never loads if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Advertising features are switched off. Change your analytics choice.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide our services. We use anonymous statistics only to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Consultation form submissions are stored in an encrypted database hosted in Canada and delivered to our business email account. Some of our service providers (website hosting, email delivery and analytics) may process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. Each provider is bound to protect it and to use it only to provide its service to us.

Retention

Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Information connected to an estate engagement is retained as required by our professional, legal and tax obligations.

Safeguards

The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Submissions are stored in Canada with access restricted to authorized personnel, and our systems are monitored and patched regularly. Encrypted backups are kept in Canada and deleted within 12 months. If a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by PIPEDA. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. Contact our privacy officer:
